Eric was great, he was friendly and on time. My job ended up being bigger than I originally expected and he showed me the issues and explained what was necessary without BSing me. Would definitely use again in the future.

Of the three sprinkler repair companies I contacted, Hessenauer was the only one to respond. They provided a date and time, and they arrived on schedule. They did a thorough inspection and fixed multiple problems for a reasonable cost. They are now my "go to" sprinkler repair company.

Eric was out today to repair 3 valves damaged by a lightning hit. Was on-time, communicated his arrival, and clearly explained the problem. Very professional. Emma also was a pleasure to deal with when making the appointment. Will definitely use them again.

Could not have worked with a better team. They came out, heard what I wanted, then validated that it was needed, and gave me a quote. They did a lot of repairs on my old system and it is up and running again. I could not have been more impressed with their timeliness, professionalism, and attention to my specific needs as an old home. I will use them again when needed.

I was impressed with Hessenauer Irrigation. Jay did a great job replacing an old irrigation clock. He didn't stop there, he checked each of my 4 zones and replaced a few heads that needed to be replaced. I'm saving their contact info and will definitely use them next time I need any work done!

Thank you for visiting the Hessenauer Sprinkler Repair and Irrigation blog and website. We like to provide our website visitors with news, tips and advice about sprinkler irrigation and drainage here in Central Florida.

As the summer comes to a close, we would like to discuss Central Florida’s lawns, shrubs and foliage in relation to year-round irrigation.

With Fall fast approaching, some may think there is less need for sprinkler irrigation systems when the temperatures drop. Much to the contrary, here in Central Florida, an irrigation system will probably be necessary all year long.

While many other states receive frozen precipitation such as snow, sleet or hail in the winter, Florida still predominantly sees rain during the otherwise frosty months of December, January and February. Due to the relatively mild Florida temperatures from Fall to Spring, Central Florida lawns and landscapes most probably require watering via sprinkler irrigation throughout the winter as well as the warmer months, and perhaps even more.

Not to be misconceived, Central Florida winters can be frosty and damage plants, shrubs and the lawn. Winterization could be necessary when temperatures suddenly drop during what is known as a “cold snap”. Generally, temperatures tend to remain between the 40’s and 60’s in Central Florida during the winter months, whereas almost the entire rest of the country is unbearably cold and freezing.

Our mission is to provide our customers with the right answers quickly and easily. Whether the problem involves low areas collecting water or broken pipes underground, we explain the situation in terms that make sense.

At Hessenauer Sprinkler Repair and Irrigation we are dedicated to our commercial and residential customers by providing quality service by offering solutions to the most complicated irrigation sprinkler system problems.
