    Of the three sprinkler repair companies I contacted, Hessenauer was the only one to respond. They provided a date and time, and they arrived on schedule. They did a thorough inspection and fixed multiple problems for a reasonable cost. They are now my "go to" sprinkler repair company.

    Eric has been out here twice to correct everyone else's mistakes and I am so grateful.  I finally have my irrigation system working as it should.  This is a quality company with excellent workers who know their stuff. I'm glad I found them.

    Eric was out today to repair 3 valves damaged by a lightning hit.  Was on-time, communicated his arrival, and clearly explained the problem.   Very professional.  Emma also was a pleasure to deal with when making the appointment.  Will definitely use them again.

    Could not have worked with a better team. They came out, heard what I wanted, then validated that it was needed, and gave me a quote. They did a lot of repairs on my old system and it is up and running again. I could not have been more impressed with their timeliness, professionalism, and attention to my specific needs as an old home. I will use them again when needed.

    I was impressed with Hessenauer Irrigation.  Jay did a great job replacing an old irrigation clock.  He didn't stop there, he checked each of my 4 zones and replaced a few heads that needed to be replaced.  I'm saving their contact info and will definitely use them next time I need any work done!

Expertise in irrigation systems was used to solve a clogged french drain problem for a residential property in Sanford, Florida.

A sump pump was also part of the system as the french drain was installed close to this house which was lower than street level. When designing a drainage system best practices allow gravity to drain water away from the property to the system discharge point. The pipe shown in the picture is the discharge pipe from the sump pump, and the old french drain filter membrane had broken down. That allowed dirt into the system that found its way into the pump and discharge pipe which eventually destroyed the pump.

The solution was to replace the french drain, the sump pump, and the discharge pipe with high quality parts to avoid clogging. Hessenauer Sprinkler Repair & Irrigation uses NDS pre-constructed french drain parts and take extra quality precautions. One example is wrapping the french drain with an additional membrane before installation to protect against future clogging.
