    Of the three sprinkler repair companies I contacted, Hessenauer was the only one to respond. They provided a date and time, and they arrived on schedule. They did a thorough inspection and fixed multiple problems for a reasonable cost. They are now my "go to" sprinkler repair company.

    Eric has been out here twice to correct everyone else's mistakes and I am so grateful.  I finally have my irrigation system working as it should.  This is a quality company with excellent workers who know their stuff. I'm glad I found them.

    Eric was out today to repair 3 valves damaged by a lightning hit.  Was on-time, communicated his arrival, and clearly explained the problem.   Very professional.  Emma also was a pleasure to deal with when making the appointment.  Will definitely use them again.

    Could not have worked with a better team. They came out, heard what I wanted, then validated that it was needed, and gave me a quote. They did a lot of repairs on my old system and it is up and running again.     I was impressed with Hessenauer Irrigation.  Jay did a great job replacing an old irrigation clock.  He didn't stop there, he checked each of my 4 zones and replaced a few heads that needed to be replaced.  I'm saving their contact info and will definitely use them next time I need any work done!

The irrigation system for your Orlando home may need work if you end up dragging a hose around your lawn to water all the dry spots.

This property in Altamonte Springs had a very poor, inefficient irrigation system that was costly to run. The existing irrigation system had a small coverage area, so the owner was constantly hand-watering the yard to hydrate dried-out sections of the lawn. You have an irrigation system to make your job easier, right?

Our plan of action was to install a completely new system connected to reclaimed water for the Central Florida homeowner. Altamonte Springs has a superb reclaimed water system throughout the city and surrounding areas and is actually the benchmark by which all reclaimed water systems in the U.S. are based. The homeowner pays a flat monthly fee for the water instead of paying per usage, and can use as much water for the lawn as required within the parameters of code run times.

The yard now has 100% coverage and is divided into 4 zones. These zones are spaced for the front, rear and sides of the property. With this type of design, the run times can be increased or decreased as required to cope with sun and shade exposure throughout the seasons. The Rain Bird ESP controller has been set with winter seasonal considerations and will water only 1 day per week as allowed by local code.

We installed a Rain Bird WR2 wireless rain sensor, which will shut the system down during wet periods to prevent the turf and landscape from being overwatered. Once set to automatic, there is nothing more for the homeowner to do but sit back and enjoy a luscious green yard from the comfort of his armchair!
