Eric was great, he was friendly and on time. My job ended up being bigger than I originally expected and he showed me the issues and explained what was necessary without BSing me. Would definitely use again in the future.

Of the three sprinkler repair companies I contacted, Hessenauer was the only one to respond. They provided a date and time, and they arrived on schedule. They did a thorough inspection and fixed multiple problems for a reasonable cost. They are now my "go to" sprinkler repair company.

Eric was out today to repair 3 valves damaged by a lightning hit. Was on-time, communicated his arrival, and clearly explained the problem. Very professional. Emma also was a pleasure to deal with when making the appointment. Will definitely use them again.

Could not have worked with a better team. They came out, heard what I wanted, then validated that it was needed, and gave me a quote. They did a lot of repairs on my old system and it is up and running again. I could not have been more impressed with their timeliness, professionalism, and attention to my specific needs as an old home. I will use them again when needed.

I was impressed with Hessenauer Irrigation. Jay did a great job replacing an old irrigation clock. He didn't stop there, he checked each of my 4 zones and replaced a few heads that needed to be replaced. I'm saving their contact info and will definitely use them next time I need any work done!

Welcome back to the Hessenauer Sprinkler Repair and Irrigation blog and website. We know that homeowners have a great responsibility in the preservation of their homes. That is why we like to offer news, tips and advice to share our professional experience and knowledge. Today we would like to focus on the problems caused by flooding.

We know that Central Florida is well-known for a fair amount of rainfall throughout the year. Water can collect in areas and concern homeowners with focus on proper drainage. In many cases, flooding can be the symptom of a larger problem, such as broken pipes underground or a clogged drainage system. Our professionals are trained to detect and solve your irrigation and drainage problems quickly and easily.

Flooding around the base of the home can cause water damage and eventually settling, cracking, wood rot, mold and mildew. Catching the problem before it becomes a major issue is key to avoiding a lot of unnecessary expense.

Wet wood provides the ideal environment for termite and other insect infestations. A properly installed drainage system could help you avoid such property damages and health risks, by moving water away from your home.

A drainage system installation to prevent water damage is less costly than repairing the water damage itself, and could prove to prevent further problems from occurring in the future.

We want to help you with your irrigation system projects and drainage issues. Contact us today at 407-302-2227 for more news, tips and advice concerning sprinkler irrigation and drainage here in the Orlando and Central Florida area.
